Examining Assumptions # 4 pg. 17

Honestly, I do not believe that we have the right to anonymity as Dershowitz mentions.Everything today needs identification or proof of who we are has a person or our background history. Some things even require how much we make, if we're married, etc. The right to anonymity is not mentioned anywhere in the Constitution but should it be? If we had the right to anonymity, then there would be no need for background checks or credit reports.
